HARD TO LOOSE WEIGHT

why is it for us ladies its hard for us to loose weight and its easy for us to eat anything we wanted to eat…in my case im a tall lady and my weight is not ideal for my height of 5/4-1/2…effective diet for me is to lessen my carbs…specially rice,and not to eat heavy diiner and a 15 minutes walk from my house to the office,drink a lot of water and healthy juices…and being consistent for watching out your right DIETY..
